Owner description: This 19th century piazza has undoubtedly the best panoramic view of Florence. The square is decorated with copies of Michelangelo's sculptures, but it's the view people come here to see.

“Good view on Firenze, but not more that that.”
Reviewed July 10, 2012

If you have a car, you are lucky. If you need to walk, it is kind of a challenge - climbing many stairs, but not THAT bad. However, you get to see a great panorama view on Florence. for photographers - prefer going at morning time, the sun is on your side...

“Magical evenings at Piazzale Michelangelo”
Reviewed July 9, 2012

We had a beautiful evening here. TImed our arrival around sunset and watched the night fall over the city. We took a bottle of wine and sat on the steps listening to the musicians and enjoying the view. It was absolutely fantastic.
