Wow!! What a lovely little hotel tucked away. We arrived by train from Pisa and found the hotel very quickly as it's only a couple of blocks from the train station. It's a brilliant location, with many restaurants, cafes, bars, & shops in the same street. Just a short walk and you arrive at the beautiful
Duomo. The hotel is located up a flight of stairs so not suitable for those who can't do steps. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff when we first arrived were extremely helpful, and very welcoming, guiding us to places to visits and best priced tickets. The reception area has a couple of comfy sofas and a large stock of guide books to browse through. The breakfast was a continental style with plenty to choose from. The lady working there was happy, smiling and very helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed here for 4 nights and we had a fabulous time and one of the most wonderful experience in Florence. The staff were attentive, attention to detail and friendly specially our new friend Ricardo courteous, affable and delight man. The room was cozy, well appointed and spacious. Breakfast delicious and plentiful Definitely we loved this fantastic and superb hotel. Sure we hope book this hotel again. Thank you for make our stay pleasant and comfortable!!!

Great customer service. Front desk was so helpful with anything we needed including providing us with water and booking tours. They were so nice to give us a big room for our honeymoon without extra charge. Great location. The only room for improvement would be in softer pillows and better bedding. Would stay there again :)
