“Best panini in Florence!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 28, 2014

We ordered a Best and a Turkey Best- no words for the level of deliciousness! Excellent value, I think our cheapest meal in Florence yet one of our most delicious. Wish I could have ordered some to go and packed in our suitcase!

“The greatest food in the world. Period.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2014

I have traveled the world and tried all different foods, but nothing seems to stack up to the delights to be had at Salumeria Verde. Anyone on a tropical island beach who says they are in paradise has clearly never been to Pino's sandwich shop! This place is a true diamond in the rough among mostly tourist traps. Don't eat there, eat here! You may hop across the pond again just to have another sandwich.... or two... or three... you get the idea :)

“Pino Rocks”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 5, 2014

Best sandwiches in Florence without a doubt. There's a huge variety of top quality fillings and something to suit all tastes. You can also choose to have a plate of pasta for a mere €3.50 and other
options are on offer. Prices are almost ridiculous-€3.50 for a sandwich and €2.50 a glass of wine. Pino has an excellent range of wines on offer and is something of an expert, so can happily recommend a decent vintage. The decor is simple, but there is plenty of room to sit, which is nice to find in Florence since so many places are overcrowded.
Antonella and Pino are friendly, welcoming and professional. They may just be the nicest people in Florence.

“Add this place to the "MUST" list!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2014 via mobile

This place is really great: I've been there on the last day of my Florence holiday and regretted not to have visited it earlier; I'll certainly return on my next visit.
The paninis here are delicious, with a huge variety and choice and at a very reasonable (would say even cheap) price for a city like Firenze.
The staff is very nice and service is great!!
Would rate it 6 out of 5!

“Best panini I've tasted in Italy!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 19, 2014

The panini here are delicious and only $3.50, a glass of wine is only an extra dollar. The panini is filling, beautiful large variety of authentic ingredients to choose from, from meats to cheeses to veggies hot and cold. You can have pastas here or a plate of a mixture of foods. Pino the owner is marvellous, and can help recommend something to your liking. Great place to fill you up for a big day of sightseeing. I'm sure you'll be back over and over as its that good!!
