I would like to Thank All the Trip Advisor Reviews. With all the Positive Reviews we decided to stay here. And I read a lot of different Hotels Reviews. And I'm Thrill that we stayed here! The Hotel is Quit Modern but it had a Touch of the Old World Charm. There is a Beautiful Courtyard in the Hotel. The room We stayed in was Very Spacious. And they have This Lovely Lounge Room with a Bookshelf filled with Old Books. It was Nice & Cozy. Definitely a Beautiful Hotel to stay in.
The Breakfast Varitey was Nice. There is a Beautiful Sitting area outside the Breakfast Area. It's a Shame it was Winter when we were there. I imagine it would be Gorgeous to sit outside for Breakfast. The Ladies who work in Breakfast Area Very Lovely.
The Staff could be more Friendlier & More Incline to Help. When we arrived before The Check-In time. I asked them is there a place where we can leave Our Bags while We explore Florence for a bit. Mind you there were Two of them working at the Front Desk. One of them should have gotten Up & Escorted Us to The Room where we can leave our Bags. Instead of telling Us pass this way & that. Unfortunately, First Time Guest are not familiar with The Hotel. However, they were Kind enough to allow Us to eat Breakfast there. Since we arrived at 8 am from Rome.
This part is Very Important: If your planning to stay out past Midnight make sure The Front Desk is informed. Because one night we lost track of time & When we arrived to the Hotel the Doors (both Doors) where LOCKED. We rung the Bell & No One came to the Door! We were starting to get Worried. After waiting 10 minutes Someone came & Open the Door. And he didn't even apologize for Locking Us Out!
Hopefully, when You stay in This Hotel they would have improved their Customer Service.
