The staff are an asset to this hotel. They are so attentive and kind. We would especially like to thank the new guy!, the trainee with glasses. I apologise but I can’t remember your name but do remember your polite, kind and friendly manner. He gave us such fantastic recommendations of things to do and see. Thank you, this made our holiday an enjoyable one. The hotel itself is fab. It is 15 minute easy walk away from the city centre and all the crowds and tourist traps! Our kids loved the pool and it was particularly welcome after a long day out sight seeing. Breakfast was plentiful and to a very high standard. Book this hotel you will not be disappointed.

My stay at Nh hotel was an amazing experience . It was the best hotel we have been to in Europe. The staff were very friendly , hospitable and kind. A special thanks to Mrs Nadine and Mrs Carolina who were very kind and helped us a lot in planning our trip and suggested us amazing hotels.

I've Spent a few days in NH Florence at the end of July with my extended Family. The location is great, near the Train Station in a quite suburb, but what makes this a really great experience is the Superb! Service on premise. The local Staff is so helpful, always assist with a smile always try to please. The breakfast is really excellent and the best experience after a long travel day is going to the roof and enjoying the pool or just order a nice drink and enjoy the amazing view of Florence.
If you are looking for a pool experience specifically just notice that the hotel has a very small pool.
The WIFI is goof which is not trivial in most places in Italy.
Whenever I'll be in Florence again this will be my hotel of choice.
