I stayed with my family for two nights . It is located just 10-15 minutes away ( by cab) from the main attractions and shopping area and about 7-10 minutes from train station. The staff at the reception was the most helpful especially Richie. She patiently attended to all our queries and guided us regarding the car rentals and advising us very correctly as to how to use our time there . The front staff could fluently converse in English and was very warm (unlike our experience in one of the top hotels at Rome . ) The suite was very spacious with an attached equally big balcony from where we could watch sunrise. The pool area was very romantic. I can’t comment on the food as our taste buds are not Italian . Especially I wish to mention regarding the cleaning staff too , who greeted us with smiles always.
I am sincerely thankful for your hospitality. Kudos to the incharge who is guiding the staff so well .

I've just stay here for the 2nd time because I saw some good feedback about the rooftop bar&pool... so this time, I wanted to spend a relax stay in this amazing hotel... From the check in to the end was so perfect: first the check in from Nadine, that as surprise she just speak arabic too, that makes so much easier to ask about anything I was needed during the stay in Florence. Altrough I see that this NH Hotels, have a range of staff who spoke lots of languages and that's a plus and not so common. Then when at the arrival was told me even, that was make a free upgrade in one of their best junior suite, I was so shocked. Everything was so perfect and the rooms was clean and with a big size. Then...on the same floor of my perfect junior suite, you find the Narciso Rooftop: what's better that drinking something there, with an amazing sunset and view of the city!? everything was just so perfect, that is strange is only a 4 star hotel. Best staff and service ever see in all the Hotels I've just spend in Italy. Thank to all.

Great stay at this hotel! I stayed here June 1-3, 2019. Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and lovely. And the best part of our trip was the amazing service from Caroline at reception. She greeted me and my husband so warmly when we arrived and made sure our room was ready. She helped us navigate our map and gave great suggestions. When we left, we felt like we had a new friend- I can't say this about other hotels I've stayed at while in Italy. Highly recommend this place.
