The hotel was lovely and the location was brilliant. Unfortunately the food at the hotel was really disappointing. Also, the staff in the restaurant weren’t very pleasant and they never allowed us to finish our food. They kept taking our plates even though we weren’t finished. As it was Florence, Italy we expected so much more. Also, the prices were really high for the quality of food. The pool and bar area was amazing and the staff were lovely. The room was clean and it had all the necessities. The ladies at reception were always very helpful.

We loved our stay at the NH Firenze! It was a haven -clean and quiet- at the end of a packed and thrilling day! Definitely recommend staying there. It’s in a perfect position even though it’s a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio

Florence was our first stop for our trip to Italy and NH Florence spoiled us from the get go. The other hotels we had booked throughout Italy just never compared. The hotel is very nice, clean, and affordable, all with a great location. There is a in hotel restaurant with decent food and prices, but we kept going back for the bartender Melody. She was great to talk to, and get insight on what was fun to do around Florence from a more local perspective. The hotel is within about a 20 min walk of anything you'd want to do. If I ever find myself in Florence, I would definitely look to stay her again and hang out with Melody!
