The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes from the Central Train Station but you may miss them due to lack of proper signage.
Polite and knowledgeable. I cannot complain since she is working the whole day long.
The building is five centuries old, five-story and a nice terrace on the top. It used to be the residence of a merchant family then turned to school and now a hotel. It has two small elevators that create hassle at the rush time.
Rooms are in a good size category same applies to the bathroom. No complaint, except screechy noise off of furniture movement in the upper Terrace happened at the closing time.
Works fine with no password needed.
Don't even think about it. The worst breakfast in my five hotels, where we stayed during my two weeks Italy vacation.More
