Just beyond the pedestrianised area. No piled up mounds of bright coloured whipped gelato here, like those in some of the gelaterias on the main thoroughfares. Instead three different counters of amazing ice cream flavours, some that we had not seen before in Italy . Liquorice was incredible and the pistachio the best we have tasted in Italy after nearly two weeks. All the ice creams seemed exceptionally smooth and silky. A very quaint traditional shop selling a very high quality product. We were not disappointed. Worth finding!
