“Good pizza, but...”
Reviewed January 16, 2013 via mobile

This is my second review of this pizzeria where I've eaten 6 or 7 times so far. Pizzas are very good (only once I had a poorly cooked one) but some members of staff have a funny attitude which doesn't contribute to create a nice atmosphere. They basically treat you like "pay, eat and leave", or, even worse, like they would expect you to pay and leave without ordering anything... That's why I think they don't deserve 5 stars.

“Best pizzeria in Florence.”
Reviewed December 22, 2012 via mobile

You walk through the doors and you're greeted with hospitality and kindness. We were helped by an employee named Max who was so nice. He helped us choose our food and gave us a great suggestion. The pizza is amazing and the sandwiches are awesome. We are going back tomorrow for seconds! See you tomorrow Max!

“Better than NY Pizza.”
Reviewed December 15, 2012

Went in a little after 7 and the place was deserted, which made me a little apprehensive. This did not last long since the pizza took less than five minutes to arrive and it was mind blowing good. The flavors where very well balanced. The sauce did not overpower the other ingredients or vice versa. The dough was light and airy. Really enjoyed it. I just wish we had something like this in Florida since I am now spoiled.

“Authentic pizzas, friendly staff, but everything's disposable ”
Reviewed December 2, 2012 via mobile

Lured into this place by the friendly atmosphere and the chatty cashier. Kitchen and wood fired oven in the middle of the restaurant produces average salads and great pizzas at reasonable prices. Just a shame that everything (plates, cups, bowls) except the cutlery is disposable. Sure it appears they recycle, but how about reusable utensils in this day and age.

“Very good pizza, lousy service”
Reviewed November 25, 2012

There are not many choices for pizza in Florence, but this pizza joint tosses great pies, just wish they would pass out a smile or two.

We enjoyed a quick stop on a rainy day, but our experience would have been more enjoyable if they made a little more effort with the guests.

One quirky item of note, they hang their laundry to dry in the back of the restaurant.
