This hotel is in a great location. It is walking distance from some great places in Florence. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful looking and well kept. The only downsides are the bed was small and I didn't like the covers on them - no sheet. The rooms are pretty small.

We chose this hotel from the internet and what a great choice it was! The staff was perfect - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. The room was well appointed with more storage than we would have needed if we had stayed a month. We were on the top floor and even had our own patio with table and chairs. The wifi worked well, too. We ate breakfast in the downstairs dining room, which was, besides elegant, delicious with a great variety of food on the buffet. Also, the location was terrific, especially if you're travelling by train. It was about a 5 minute walk from the train station. If we go back to Florence, we will stay there again.

Room tip: Room 402 has a walk out patio with chairs.

Hotel is very nice and the room was lovely. Staff was great at check-in and had our room ready early. King room with a balcony, bed was comfortable. Location is great, a few blocks from the train station and easy walk to Duomo, and Accadamia Gallery.

Gave it a 3-star rating because of the Wifi and the breakfast. Wifi was included but didn't work well. Breakfast was also included, but the hot food and even the fruit were pretty terrible. We ended up skipping the last morning.

My 12 year old son and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August. We arrived by train and it was extremely close to the station (just a 2 minute walk). Yet it was very quiet. I had one of the best nights sleep I had in years! So the bed must have been comfortable. The location was walkable to all the sights and many restaurants. The staff was wonderful and very helpful (their English was excellent). Breakfast was very nice. The presentation was exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The only one like thing is the wifi was patchy in our room, but not enough for us to complain to staff about it.

Great, stylish and very modern hotel. Very helpful and friendly stuff (especially Lorenzo:)! I think he is one of the best employee there. Location of hotel is nearly central. 15 minutes walk to Duomo and to historical part of the city.
The only small thing is that you can't take your dog to breakfast place or to hotel restaurant.
