“Couldn't stop taking photos!”
Reviewed March 3, 2014

We went there several times and we were still inspired and awe-struck each time! We found ourselves walking around each statue, like they were magnets and we couldn't help approaching them. The weather was perfect and the plaza was large enough so we were never crowded, even with waves of tourist groups. We had cafe and croissants at one of the outdoor patios while facing the statues and it was unbelievable.

“Great Piazza”
Reviewed February 26, 2014

As Piazza's go this one is great. Bordered by some of Florence's must-see attractions and itself brimming with stone, marble & bronze sculptures from as far back as Roman times.
Well worth a visit but you're sure to stumble across it during your travels around the City anyway as it's very central.

“Like being inside a statue museum sans walking”
Reviewed February 23, 2014

All you need to do is get a good spot to stand on and you can already marvel at all the amazing statues to gaze upon. From Neptune to pseudo-David. Definitely worth the stop on your way to Uffizi Gallery.
