This was our favourite Piazza......open, cobbled with beautiful architecture and buildings. String quartets, cafes, bars

It's where you can find many, many tourists from around the world. Looking at VERY old architecture (although some are copies and found in museums) and often times you can find random performances happening around the square! Look down on the ground too, you'll see some very important landmarks

There are some really great statues here that you can see for free, which is a nice change of pace to Italy's ridiculous price tag.

Not just the historic and souvenir shop center of Florence, it also has a wonderful outdoor sculpture display of Greek and Roman statues, as well as a copy of David.

This piazza had everything you could desire. It had action and colour and was always filled with tourists and buskers and contained wonderful monuments such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Palazzo Vecchio with its bell tower, the Loggia della Signoria containing gorgeous statues, the Neptune fountain and was very close to the Ponte Vecchio and Arno River. Most of the major monuments/churches/galleries were within short walking distance from this piazza.
