Fantastic Florence view from Torre di Arnolfo. Tipic skyline. I suggest the visit at sunset. In the palace the room of 500 a pièce of renaissance history

“Great artwork”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

Every ceiling is painted. Colors galore and beautiful furniture. No crowds. A painting of the last supper is in the Marzocco room on the Mezzanine floor. No wheelchair access to this level. Wheel chair access to other levels.

“Fantastic for Children”
Reviewed January 2, 2013

We did a childrens tour here, which was fabulous. We have a three year old son. They took us for a brief tour (there was only us and another family with one child - time of year I think) of the palace perhaps an hour, and then the children had a look at what people would wear in that era and got to try out some of the toys and hats/shoes. Our son and the little girl who was there, loved it. great way to give the children something to do. Oh one word of warning - there is a turtle tour you can do - which is a self tour which looks fantastic, however you cannot buy the turtle bags (I thought you could and then had to deal with a tired child not undertaking why he couldn't have it).

“Loved it!”
Reviewed January 2, 2013

I could have sat there for hours looking all of the amazing statues. This is a must when you are out walking around in Florence. Plus if you don't plan on going to Galleria Accademia you can go here see a fake David that stands where the real one used to stand.
