Our tour guide was Frederica, she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the area and a very sweet lady. After reading other reviews of tours of 6 or 7 I realize we were not a small group, Our tour had 17 plus the guide and we were seated in a very large-capacity van. Where this matters is that Siena does not let large capacity vehicles close to the city so we had to walk a very long way to get to the town and then back to the van. We had another tour of the Brunello region the next day and that smaller van was able to park close by the Siena meeting place. The Tuscany tour overall was very good, including the lunch with wine and visits to the hilly towns of Siena and San Gimignano. We are a couple age 70+ and we were exhausted at the end of the day. I would advise anyone with mobility issues to find an alternate tour.
