Ate here tonight. Don't understand what all the fuss is about. First, for the uninitiated, a florentine steak is cooked RARE. Don't even think about asking for it cooked any other way. 2nd, the serve it in a 1.5-3kg portion ONLY (enough to feed 3-4 military personnel. Wife/I resorted to other items on their menu which were cooked. Stew was cold when it came, so we sent it back. 2nd time, it was still cold. Veal steak was not a good cut, ... a lot of fat. Wine offering was so-so. All in all, many other wonderful florentine restaurants to try.
