A great experience and night out with the family, we loved the atmosphere, the food and the price was pretty good as well. defiantly wont disappoint, a nice place to feel lost in and let the world go by. The food was scrumptious with a good wine list.

We spent three days in Florence recently, staying in Via Nazionale. We wandered into Via Faenza on our first evening, noticed the Caffe Sabatino and from then on, it was a compulsory stop for us each day. Opened in 1921, this caffe is small, but extremely popular with locals and tourists alike. The fact that every staff member we came across spoke English and genuinely smiled and laughed with us made life easy for us so we were able to relax there. The caffe seems to be family-run and there is a delightful "homey" feel to it. The coffee is excellent, the food wholesome and tasty and the prices unbelievable. Two coffees and pastries cost 6 euro, in Florence! This little place is a gem.

Small family run traditional Italian cafe. Very much family run, but with loyal staff working there as well. The highest customer care I found in a week in Florence. Total committment to giving you what you want. The coffee is wonderful, the sandwiches and pastries simple, freshly made in local style and satisfying. A real haven on the long drag of the bustling Via Faenza. We had morning coffee, lunch, early evening and post dinner drinks across a week long stay in Florence. Whatever we needed they cheerfully supplied with such friendliness, charm and care. By the end of the week it felt as if they were life-long friends. I only left Florence yesterday and I'm missing them already.

The cafe is small but full of customers. We wait for nearly half an hour for a continental breakfast and a paste. But it's absolutely worth. Good quality. Continental breakfast with egg, chesse, becon, toast, tomato and cappuccino costs you EU5.5

And really sppreciate the stuff. Professional and nice, strive for quality even so many customers waiting for their breakfast.

Recommend.

We ate here our first morning in Florence - just stumbled upon it as we walked toward the center of town. The breakfast plate with eggs, bacon, cheese and tomatoes was very good ~ also tasty were the pastries and coffees. Their prices are quite reasonable, and the staff, though extremely busy, are friendly and accomodating. I wish we had gone back for lunch!
