Review of: Self-Drive Vintage Fiat 500 Tour from Florence: Tuscan Hills and Italian Cuisine

This was the best part of our trip to Italy by train. We wound our way through the narrow streets of Florence city centre and out to more rural areas all in vintage Fiat 500's. My wife and I had a brilliant day and our guide was brilliant to. Thanks Chris for a great experience.

Review of: Florence Vespa Tour: Tuscan Hills and Italian Cuisine

My husband and I were on a month long vacation touring different places in Europe this past July. When my husband told me about this tour I admit i was apprehensive. But from the moment we stepped foot into the shop Alex put me at ease. The entire time I felt safe. Alex was a wealth of knowledge about each stop. The food was amazing. Most tours give you tiny amount of processed foods, but this food was in abundance and fresh, I mean fresh pasta, great wine...I could have used more wine but as a driver 1 glass only... Great rule. I would recommend to all do this tour, ask for Alex.

Thank you Alex for such a great adventure. If we come back to Florence I will do this tour again

Fun, interesting and beautiful!
Review of: Tuscany Day Trip from Florence: Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and Lunch at a Winery

The tour company we used was Walkabout. Our guide, Elisa, was great. The towns of Siena and San Gimignano were so cute and interesting. The farm we stopped at for lunch and wine tasting was charming and everything was delicious. It was great visiting with the other people on the tour. Day ended at Pisa, which was different than I thought it would be. I didn’t know more than the tower was there. Long day, but worth it.

Great tour and experience.
Review of: Florence Vespa Tour: Tuscan Hills and Italian Cuisine

Just like in the movies my wife and I rode through Florence on a vintage Vespa scooter. Our fun and knowledgeable tour guide Alberto made this an incredibly enjoyable afternoon. My wife and I were in Italy celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and getting on a vintage Vespa scooter touring the city and the beautiful country side made us feel like we were on our honeymoon. Once outside the city we were able to sight see and visit a couple of vineyards. The afternoon was topped off with a wonderful lunch at one of the vineyards on our way back to Florence. Thanks to "Walkabout Florence Tours" and especially Alberto for making our day a most memorable one.

Highlight of our Trip and Best Pizza We Ate!
Review of: Florence Pizza or Pasta Class with Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm

We spent an afternoon/evening with Luca, Max and Luigi and it was one of the most fun experiences we had on our family trip to Italy. Our kids (ages 10 and 13) had so much fun the entire time and loved the whole experience. We were greeted with bruchetta and wine when we arrived and we enjoyed it looking out over the most beautiful views of Florence. We went on to make many, many flavors of gelato (I was just expecting vanilla and chocolate, so we were blown away with all the different flavors the group made and we got to eat). While the gelato was freezing we made our pizzas. SO many topping choices, all so fresh tasting, and it was the best pizza we had on our trip! Would highly recommend this for families or couples or groups. Loved it!
