Its a simple door but very clean and modern rooms, good air conditioning and showers, free wifi, very well located close to the centre of town and with lots of restaurants, a laundry room and cashpoint on the same block. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and even made calls in Italian to Help us organize the rest of our trip. And very cheap! Excellent value for money.

Room Tip: There is no lift so ask for a low room

Booked this for 55 euros a night plus 4 euros room tax. No breakfast. We did get 'upgraded' to a kiitchette, only because I think they had misplaced our reservation. Anyways, to our advantage! Great AirCon, nice view over the city, tiled roof above us. Bit of a climb to the third floor. We had read on other TA reviews that the front desk was not always staffed and we found this to be the case. Our train left at 7.00 and we came back at 6.00 to a locked door. After a couple of phone calls, Jacope came back with a sandwich in hand. So give yourself enough time if leaving luggage or checking in late. Good value, nice beds, clean, quiet,

Room Tip: Pick a quiet room at the back-Via Nazionale is very busy.

Sette Angeli Rooms in Florence is a nice place to stay. It is located right in the heart of the city, close to the train station and museums, fashion schools and many fantastic restaurants.
The owner/host, Jacopo is a most gracious host and was extremely helpful to me and my friend. He really went out of his way to communicate with us in English and is extremely friendly.
The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the beds are excellent quality and comfortable as well. Modern bathroom and furniture in he rooms. It would be perfect if coffee/tea was available.
I would recommend staying here in beautiful Florence.

Room Tip: The only thing negative is that our room was close to the street action, so it was a bit noisy.

This place was close to everything. The bed was the most comfortable of all. The rooms were modern, sleek, tasteful and clean. The air conditioning worked well too. The thing we liked the best though was the interaction with the owner. He was helpful in suggesting places to eat and he can make reservations for the museum for you. He doesn't speak perfect English, but he does well enough, he's pleasant and he has a good sense of humor---which is what makes travel fun. He was just expanding to the first floor and still improving services and adding art when we stayed there.

Room Tip: Ask for interior rooms away from the street noise. There are a couple of rooms that have patios whi...

The location was fantasic, about 5 minutes walk from the train station and about 5-10 minutes walk to all major tourist attractions such as the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, Uffuzi Gallery and Galleria dell'Accademia.

The rooms and bathrooms were brand new, new furniture and new comfortable beds. The room my parents were in had two big shutter windows with views over the bustling street below. Our room didn't have much of a view, but it was still nice to open up the window. The room itself was really spacious which was great as we had huge snowboard bags from our prior trip and there was plenty of room for them. There was also storage facilities for bags which was convenient.

The street the rooms are on is really cool, and Jacob, the guy who was at reception recommended some bars and cafes that the locals go to-and they were great. One bar was a really happening place, go there for beers and pizza, all the locals seemed to be there. It was very well priced, much cheaper than the places right near the major tourist attractions, and more authentic.

There was no breakfast but it didn't matter as the staff recommended a cafe a few doors down where we got two cappuccinos, a hot choc, a latte and two crossaints all for 9 euros. Also there was two supermarkets on the same street as the rooms only a few doors away where we got excellent fruit and snacks.

Room Tip: If you prefer a room and like the hustle and bustle of the street, go for a front room. If you don...
