Well yes it is. Location was a dream , pretty easy to find and lived up to expectations. Room was fantastic, over looking the main square, Service was friendly and genuine and most efficient. Stayed for 4 nighhts and felt like home when we left. Will be going back soon, one of my favouriste breaks over the last few years and the hotell complements the location. Don't miss out!!!

Room Tip: Pot luck, think they are all good but book early.

We arrived late in the evening and staff were there as promised. Provided excellent overview of Florence with map and recommendations. Our room was small, but very nicely decorated, clean and contained everything we needed. Breakfast is at a cafe around the corner - we were a bit unsure how two pastries would fill us up, but were pleasantly surprised. Easy to explore the whole of Florence on foot from here, very central location. Florence is a must visit city if you're in Italy.

I have to say this was my favorite stay in Florence. If you haven't been to Florence know that it is easily walkable to all the major attractions of the city. Having said that this B&B is centrally located between all of them. Our check in included a helpful review of the attractions we would like to see and orientation to our room. I like modern decor and if you do as well then you will enjoy this place. The pictures are true to what I expected. Wifi worked well most of the time but sometimes the signal strength would go low. It is also is spectacularly clean. The breakfast around the corner is typical for Italy. A croissant or small sandwich and coffee and juice. One other note, the mattress is very firm. (I like knowing this :)I highly recommend this place. I loved it and would go back in an instant!

Room Tip: 10 minute walk from train station, easy.

It was hard to believe that a reasonably-priced hotel so close to the Duomo could be so comfortable and so well-appointed -- but this place more than lived up to our expectations. The view of the Duomo and the Baptistry from our window was spectacular -- yet the room was remarkably quiet, and the bed could not have been more comfortable. The proprietors were extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and sights. There was complementary fruit and cookies awaiting on our (early) arrival. Easy walking distance to the train station, the Uffizi, the market. We received vouchers each morning for breakfast (pastries, a drink, and a sandwich for the road) that was more than adequate. We would recommend this B&B without reservation -- and would stay there again if we are able to return to Florence.

If you are visiting Florence and want to be right in the middle of the city with a view of the Duomo out your window a block away and all the peace and quiet as though you were in the country, you have found the right place. At the end of August my husband, our adult daughter and myself spent four nights in a triple room. The B & B is impeccably clean, large room, high ceilings, lovely bathroom with double sinks, crisp linens, shutters that block out the light at night and soundproof windows. The air conditioning works wonderfully. You would never know you are in the center of the city. This was a wonderful place to stay at the beginning of our trip to Italy and recover from jet lag, so very quiet. The location was perfect for quick stops if you needed to drop something off, or pick something up during the day. There are always cookies, fruit and beverages in the common area any time of day.
We loved the breakfast at the cafe around the corner, we had great weather and sat outside every morning planning our day. Thank you Claudio for the wonderful hospitality. When we find ourselves in Florence in the future we will be back. A Presto

We really love our stay. The room was always smelling so good, and it's large, clean and beautifully decorated besides the view of the Duomo. Shower is great, bathorrom is beautiful and spacious.

I think that's the best location in Florence. Very central, next to the Duomo and very near Uffizi, Piazza dela Signoria, Piazza dela Republica etc.

Breakfast is served outside the hotel, less than one block away, and it's delicious and you can have it any time of the day. Perfect.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The only tiny con is that we could hear other guests talking on the corridor.

I would highly recommend this place.

Room Tip: I think the rooms in the end of the corridor must be more silent.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. I was a little nervous when I got to the door, because it looked like an apartment building and was in such a busy part of the city, but it was absolutely perfect for us. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and actually very spacious for Europe. We had a window that looked out on the Duomo (if you stuck your head out the window), and even though we were right near the Duomo, the room was still very quiet without any street noise. I will say that you are very close to your neighbors - the rooms are very close together and feel much more like rooms in a house than a hotel - but that didn't bother us at all and we never heard anyone else while in our room. We liked this place a lot and would definitely stay here again if we wanted to stay in the touristy part of Florence.
