The gelato was dense and creamy. Try the Santa Trinita flavor.
I also enjoyed the sorbet for a mid afternoon cool down.
When I was in Florence, the Santa Trinita bridge was only open to foot and bicycle traffic. So I would take my evening gelato and sit on the bridge facing the Ponte Vecchio.
How do I know it is artisanal and made on site? Easy, I saw them mixing gelato in the kitchen behind the counter.
