Ino provided us with many options for a light lunch after visiting the Uffizi. The seating area was quaint, and service was exceptional. You should go there!

Located in the heart of Florence, this cafe really knows how to deliver a great panini! Yes, it's quite pricey (8 Euro for most panini) and the bread can be a little on the crusty side, but the fillings are absolutely divine. Mine was filled with fresh, creamy ricotta and delicious prosciutto and was perfect for a filling lunch :)

These sandwiches are just amazing. Very simple, few ingredients per sandwich, excellent, crusty bread. The pecorino cheese is so creamy and melty. Also tried the tuna- really good! The seating is limited but not a big deal. A bit more expensive for just a panino but definitely worth it.

We read the publicity declaring that 'Ino offered the best panini in Florence so decided to give it a try. The ingredients were fresh and tasty but the bread crust was so hard it was very difficult to bite through and shredded the roof of my mouth. Perhaps other types of bread are available but little guidance was offered so we ate from the 'classic' menu and it was disappointing. At 8 euros each, and 3.50 for a small glass of boxed wine, I also felt that establishment was overpriced.

Very close to the Uffizi tucked away but can be very busy and the seating is limited and uncomfortable. The very best panini. We went two days running and would go again.
