We are so glad we found this little trattoria. It maybe small, but it is well priced and has great local regional food. The menu changes daily according to what produce is available to them. The menu is small but tastes great.
The staff were very friendly and would take the time to talk about things on the menu.
Great atmosphere.
We have plans to go back a few more times before we leave Florence.

Seen a lot of restaurants reviewed ad home style food, and it's only come to be code for average food. Finally a little trattoria that brings it back. It's not just about quality good prepared fresh daily with an ever changing menu that makes this place good. It's the fact when you walk in the door they treat you like a friend and a local, not a walking dollar sign that's not offended by being treated like a waste of space.

The menu changes daily. Don't expect fancy, but expect a smile and Italian music!

I wrote some scathing reviews of other places in Italy, this place brings it all back to ground again, I love this joint.

This trattoria was recommended by the Walkabout tour guide. It was full of tourists, but the food was good and for a great value as well. We had the Tuscan antipasti, veal pomodoro and ravioli with goat cheese and zucchini (no wine). It only cost 29Euros. The portions were also pretty big!

We loved out dinner at La Burrasca from it's not-so-touristy location (right next to the Mercato Centrale) to the delicious Sangiovese, buttery beefsteak Florentine and genuinely friendly and most helpful waiter. An authentic Tuscan meal with too much food to eat, wine and antipasto for 2 for 60 Euro=a genuine treat. Be sure to have the Toscana antipasti with the chicken liver pâté.
