Trattoria Bordino is famous for it's location and ownership by someone with a name of a famous Italian race car driver. Unfortunately the night we went, they were not firing on all cylinders. The talgiata was very tough (hardly able to cut it) and the Veal Valdostana had a good flavor, but was swimming in a sauce. The Fiorentina was passable, but not up to the standards we became accustomed to in Firenze.
To add to the evening their credit card machine malfunctioned and we were there for 30 min trying to get our conto and leave. Maybe an off night, but it was a poor experience for us.
