When we first arrived we were greeted by a warm and friendly lady who seems to be the owner. She got is settled in and even told us we could pay the next morning. The room was spacious and ours had a private bathroom. We didnt include breakfast with our stay but little instant coffees were provided in our room. Everything was clean, a lady came and cleaned the room and changed the trash each day as well as refilled your coffee and tea packets if needed. A fridge was provided in a common hallway to store food. Great location. Quiet place. Friendly staff. Only negative I can say is that our room was at the en of the hallway and wifi reception didnt reach that far so we had to leave our room to get wifi. So depending on where your room is, the signal may not be that great. I'd definitely stay here again!

This B&B is very central near to the station and the all the monuments in the city and near San Lorenzo Market.
Our room was nice with a small but private bathroom. The breakfast was not provvided but was very cheep and near the place was full of little and charming bars for take cornetto and capuccino and sandwich in the panetteria.
A perfect holiday, we will come back.

Very good choice if cost has to stay low, owner really friendly and almost all city attractions approachable in a few minutes. Bathroom was outside the room but did not really have any problem with that. Breakfast is the only con, at least for four men like us..

Cheap, extremely clean room, in a good location walking distance to station and all popular sites in Florence. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Ask for Room 1 or room 2, which are quite large and airy. We were given an unnumbered room between the other two rooms and it was very small with a tiny bathroom. Not what we expected from the reviews when we booked. Be careful in summer as we were there in May and it was already very hot and there is no Aircondtioning. You have to leave windows open to get a breeze and there were lots of mosquitoes and it was very noisy from surrounding buildings. There is no Wifi in rooms but you can get it in the hallway. Would not stay again.

Room Tip: only stay in room 1 and 2

These rooms were large and airy and very clean. Each room has a TV, hot water pot, closet and clean decor by Ikea.
Some rooms have bathrooms and some don't so request a room with a bathroom. If they don't have one available there is a bathroom in the hall that is very clean and we always had hot water.
Be warned that there is no lift so you will have to haul your bags up two flights of stairs.
The location is very central. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station down Via Nazionale. It is a 5 minute walk to the Mercado Centrale and the best street vendors in the city near by. It is also a 10-15 minute walk from the Duomo.
Even though it is called a bed and breakfast there is no breakfast. Just a hot water pot, nescafe, tea bags and packaged cakes and snacks. There is also a small shared refrigerator in the hall.
Make sure that you let them know your arrival time so that someone will be there to let you in.
These were some of the largest rooms that we stayed in while in Italy at a fraction of the price of some hotels that we looked at.
They do only take cash as payment so be prepared for this.
