We visited this restaurant in Florence twice because the food was so delicious. First time I had the carpaccio and she had the meat strips with rocket salad and parmesan cheese. She also had a pannacotta that was the best I've ever tasted. The second time we shared a black truffel pasta and again the meat strips. Both courses were absolutely perfect and one of the best dishes we've both eaten. For dessert we order the panna cotta with strawberries for the both of us. That's where there was the only miss. Hers was as delicious as the last time but mine was way too thick and tasted not particularly good (maybe one day older or such). If the both panna cottas had been as excellent as everything else I would have given the full five stars without hesitations. This is one of the few restaurants that is open all day (12.00 - 22.00) and that's how we originally discovered it because we where looking for something to eat at 18.00.
