a horrible experience.
all those negative reviews are truthful.

I was so disappointed in this B&B. This has to be the worse place I have stayed. It is dingy and musty smelling and not very clean. On arrival at the B&B there is no receptionist to greet you. You have to telephone and someone appears 10-15 minutes later to check you in and take your money in advance.
will not stay there again.

This is a dirty and cluttered place filled with unnecessary junk & plastic flowers! The beds are two uncomfortable cots pushed together. The hot water did not work one day and the bathroom smelled of sauerkraut emanating from a drain. Absentee-Owner Lititzia brought us a lemon spray to mask the horrible odor after knocking on our door at an inappropriate hour of the night. The spray did not help; we burned incense instead. It is a mess!!! Has not been well-cleaned in years. Dirty wallpaper is taped to the walls where it is falling down! The place smells strongly of cigarette smoke as people who may live there smoke upstairs. "Breakfast" is a pre-packaged roll, a box of pear juice(!) and a pod to make your own coffee in another room.

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very bad at first that the entrance door was closed as you had not been aware to advise your arrival time.
One resident kindly opened the door,we rang thru telephone on the wall and finally somebody came to check us in. 30 minutes lost. She repeated that we were indipendent,i.e.we had to make our breakfast by coffee-maker which she did not explain how to and had to take supermarket pastries for breakfast. Worst of all was the key... ONLY PIN CODE OF 4 DIGITS So ANYBODY COULD GET INTO THE ROOM TO STEAL WHE WE WERE AWAY MORE THAN 40 MINUTES.
Of course, all the inconveniences,no refund. Just too bad that you clicked in this hotel.

On arrival at the B&B there is no receptionist to greet you. You have to telephone and someone appears 10-15 minutes later to check you in. The person who checked us in was not aware of our booking and had to keep making telephone calls to confirm details. The rooms are cluttered and not very clean. The shower and the toilet is in the same cubicle with only a shower curtain seperating. Breakfast is an instant coffee and croissants/biscuits pre packed and left in your room. The air conditioning had no batteries in the remote control. There is no one available to ask questions or refer probelms to.
On the plus side it is in a quiet location!

This b&b truely not far from the Demo and looks lovely when you first come in.The host does not stay here and there will be 30mins long from your request to some service If you ask.The room we booked is located in the 1st floor with pin code to access. That is such a big room which has an dining area with very simple facility to cook, while, the bathroom only equipped with shower and toilet is so small compared to the room.We stay here for 3 nights and unfortunetly our shower water is really terrible and the host took a 20mins way to us to fix the facility which made us extremly dissatisfied. The rates is okay but this hotel should be your last few choices in this beautiful city.

An authentic Italian experience (I think!). The room was big, bright and had loads of character. The ac was noisy and smelly but was greatly needed as it was quite warm. The street below was very noisy and there were a lot of ambulances as hospital is around the corner. The bathroom was basic, a little cramped but fine. Our biggest issue was that the owner/landlady doesn't live there so when we got to the rooms we had to wait almost an hour for her to arrive (even though she said she'd be five minutes!). Just don't go there with high expectations and you'll be fine.

I was so disappointed in this B&B. This has to be the worse place I have stayed. It is dingy and musty smelling and not very clean. The bed sheets were clean but I found a pair of women's underwear that were apparently left from the previous guests. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet was in the shower separated only by a molding shower curtain. I would not recommend this B&B to anyone.
