Today our lovely tour guide took my husband and me here for lunch. It is a neighborhood trattoria with mostly locals eating there. AND the food was amazing. Antipasto, pasta fagioli, spaghetti pomodoro and turkey scallapina with limone! WOW. It was a great lunch and so much fun. The waitress Christina, was a little leary of us at first but she warmed up and was lots of fun and took very good care of us. The place is a little hard to fine but well worth the detour to a part of Florence that most people probably never venture. Small but adequate wine list. Three of us ate a huge lunch there with a nice bottle of wine for 77 euros! Loved it!
