The hotel was very well located in the heart of the city walking distance to all main attractions and train station, nicely and originally furnished, nice decor, well kept and clean, excellent breakfast with gluten free options, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great boutique hotel, located in center of Florence. The hotel is brand new, with very modern architecture and decorated with beautiful pieces of art. The staff is extremely helpful and profesional. I strongly recommend Hotel Milu.

Wonderful stop in Florence in Milù, where everything is well organized. I appreciate the organization for the parking for the car and the room. They where really kind and give to me an upgrade of the room when i arrived. The staff is professional and kind. The location is the best if you want to stay directly in the centre and shopping area of Florence, near to the restaurants and coffe corner.

Overall experience was pretty good. Place was in a good location and the staff were friendly. Only complaints were an odd smell in the hallways, not sure if it was just their cleaning solution. Additionally got charged an additional fee to have a second person in the room. Good otherwise.

Thanks for informing us about the light smell in the hallways, it is a problem we're already aware of and we've already scheduled some maintenance works during this week in order to fix it definetely.
Regarding the extra person charge, we kindly inform that, when you make a reservation, rates are different according to the occupancy of the room, specially if breakfast is included, therefore it is a standard procedure to add an extra charge if the reservation is made for one person but two guests shows at the hotel.
