Very modern and elegant hotel .front desk staff are excellent and very discreet, helpful with any matter.
We enjoyed sky tv service , free mini bar..and great shower .. overall really nice place , recommend to anyone , family , couples ..

Hotel Milu is in good location near train station and all the sightseeing spots and shopping area. Staffs are really kind to let us get into our room as we arrived at there before the check-in time. And I love the decoration inside the hotel and room! So stylish and comfortable. It's one of the unforgettable memories of our trip. I will definitely choose hotel milu again if I visit Florence in the future. Breakfast is also great btw :))

We stayed here 6 nights (Dec 23 - Dec 29) and were very glad that we picked this hotel. Excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. It's situated on a street full of high end boutiques so once these stores close at 8pm the street is quiet.
The hotel is a short walk to
Duomo and Uffizi Gallery - 7 min
Galeria Academia - 13 min
Ponte Vecchio - 6 min
Firenze Santa Maria Novelle Train station and the Mercato Centrale: 10 min
except Piazzale Michelangelo which is across the bridge on the other side, it will take you almost 30 min to walk there. We took taxi since it was a bit too cold for us.
You have access to the reading area with a coffee machine, some cold sparkling and still water on the top floor 24 hours a day. This is important during winter time as we always wanted to get a hot cup of tea/coffee in the middle of the night. The quality of the coffees is pretty good, the tea bags they serve are Twinings.
A few quick notes:
Made to order omelets/scrambled eggs/fried eggs during breakfast.
Bathroom is little cramped.
Room for improvement:
Pillows are too flat for us. Wish they could place a few types in the room for guests to choose from.
In addition to the standard European 2-prong outlet, I wish they could also include the USB outlet. The hotel I stayed in Rome has both outlets and I found it very useful.

Great location, center to everything we wanted to cover (Touristic / food/ etc...) in Florence, including a wash and dry laundromat (5 min away if not less) if you travel light.
the staff try really hard to please you, and the breakfast is beautifully set! Thank you for making our stay great!

The staff was so nice and welcoming. The room was very pretty and clean and all the toiletries and free-stuff were fun.
