Great location, center to everything we wanted to cover (Touristic / food/ etc...) in Florence, including a wash and dry laundromat (5 min away if not less) if you travel light.
the staff try really hard to please you, and the breakfast is beautifully set! Thank you for making our stay great!

The staff was so nice and welcoming. The room was very pretty and clean and all the toiletries and free-stuff were fun.
The location is amazing and by far it was the best hotel i ever stayed at.

Just a year ago, I traveled to Florence, and stayed at Milu hotel. Last time I was here, I traveled by myself and this time with my future wife :).
I must say, these guys know how how to make you feel like home. From the moment we arrived to the very second we left, the whole staff and the hotel manager were kind, helpful and right at any moment to help. Nothing i've seen in Europe so far...

High end facilities, TV (Sky), Nespresso machine and free mini bar in the room, a P-E-R-F-E-C-T shower and a great bed.
The stairway is full of cool artworks which makes you stop and stare (and to use the stairs LoL).
AMAZING breakfast!!
Location: Unbeatable in the city center. Nothing is more than 10 minutes walk!!!

This hotel is excellent. I will definitely stay here again. I've already recommended it to friends and family. The staff is very friendly and approachable. The room is very warm and welcoming. I was even able to get into my room before checkin time, I thought that was nice of them.

The hotel is in Great location near train station and near all the shopping area.
The staff was great, very Helpful who helps with everything we needed and makes us feel very nice. The rooms are very Clean and designed testfully. The breakfast was very good tasty and rich. we very enjoy the stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!!!
