The house is beautiful with 8 bedrooms, a wonderful, quiet garden and Pool. Its run by a group of 17 Dutch friends, who each take turns to visit for a few weeks and run the place. The group we met over the 7 nights we stayed there were, Tania, Paul, Alexandra, Will, Nicolette and Roger.
They provide an excellent breakfast and cook 2 or 3 nights a week. All speak excellent English.

The house is well situated near the border of Tuscany and Umbria. Cortona is about 5 miles away and Montepulciano, Piensa and Castiglione del Lago are all within 30 minutes drive.

friendly and restful. We really enjoyed our week with them

Room Tip: Upgrade to one of the larger rooms as they have on suite. Some of the smaller rooms have private separate loo and shower.

We discovered this B&B after reading a positive article in the monthly magazine "Grande".
This house, with +/- 6 rooms, is perfectly located to visit plenty of Tuscan and Umbrian cities.
The rooms - we stayed at the Casa Fiore with 2 separate bedrooms - are wonderful! The bed linen, the decoration, the cleanliness is of a very high level. We had a private parking, a private covered terrace and a private entrance to the swimming pool and garden. The bad room was ok, but quite small for 3 persons.

The owners are 100% focused on their guests: day and night they are at your disposal. You feel at home, cared after. Breakfasts and dinners were always a pleasure!

We recommend the place to anyone looking for luxury and charm in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy.

If you should ask us what could improve in the future: keep the same high standard, stay focused on your guest the way you are, but also do not forget to learn to understand Italian and the region itself, because that way you would even bring a higher added value to your clients.

Special thanks to Wim, Nicolette and Joe!

Room Tip: Chose Casa Fiore when you travel with a child: very spacious!

Our stay with the wonderful staff of Casa Capanni in their truly beautiful home, was faultless and a complete delight. As soon as we arrived a sense of calm and tranquility took over. Our room was spacious, beautifully styled and spotless. Same goes for the rest of the house. The garden is idylic with areas to sit and chill, and a lovely pool area. Breakfast and dinner were delightful. Everyone we met who live and work in this hidden gem, could not have been nicer or more attentive. Food was fresh, local, homemade and tasted heavenly.
To sum up, we could not believe our luck at finding this unique haven and we left reluctantly.
We WILL go back.

We have just spent 5 nights in this delightful b&b. The family are charming and could not have been more welcoming. We had a very pretty room with a view of the garden and a very comfy bed. The garden and swimming pool are lovely, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. It is in a wonderful area for sight seeing, as there are many beautiful places to visit within 1 hours drive, all of which was made easier with the help and advice offered by the family. They took great care of us without ever being intrusive, not easy to achieve!
We highly recommend a visit to this charming b&b.

One of the most beautiful Bed & Breakfast you will ever lay eyes on. The owners are amazing and warm and extremely accomadating. The surroundings are breath taking and peaceful. All my years as cabin crew for a major airline and traveling most of the globe. I never thought I would ever find a place that would take my breath away. Would I go back? The answer is yes and in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a place to find yourself as well as peace and quiet and watch the world past by at a leisurely pace then this place is for you. This is a place you can go at your own pace. I give this place 5 stars out of 5
