We have just returned from a week at Villa Floresta in Taormina and it was brilliant. When we arrived at the lovely little hotel and opened our 2 balcony doors we saw beautiful views from both sides! One of the Beautiful Duomo Square and cathedral and the other of the sea in the distance.
Our room was fine and kept clean every day and had a great shower - always important!
The location was suberb, just set off the Corso Umberton ( 10 seconds away ) with all the lovely shops and restaurants, etc.
Very vibrant and lively but not at all noisy in the room at night.
The owners Angelo and Maria were lovely and very friendly towards us. Breakfast was served in the little cafe below in the square and was lovely. It was great to sit there and watch the world go by drinking coffee and eating freshly baked brioche and croissants! The staff were also really friendly there too.
It was a fabulous week and Taormina is beautiful.
I would definately recommend this guest house if you want somewhere in a great location that is typically Sicilian and very quaint.More
