Spotless! Perfect location! Taormina is outside the front door! Valentina is amazing. On departure day, we left at 5 a.m. She ensured all 6 of us had a packed breakfast to take with us. The included breakfast on the terrace is exceptional and so are the breathtaking views! Stay at this 10 room boutique hotel. You won’t be sorry.

Lynette and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while in Taormina. There are many compelling reasons to stay here - great location, wonderful views from the hotel terrace, extremely comfortable beds...but perhaps the most important is the terrific support provided by Lucca and Valentina. Their recommendations from the best gelato (Gelatomania) to the best granitas (Bam Bar), to the best canoli (D’Amore) to the activities and restaurants were all perfect. Everything made for a memorable stay in Taormina. The only downside is the rooms feature small bathrooms but we adjusted. Part of the experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed here on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed. This place is small and beautiful. Great deck with wonderful breakfast and honor bar in the evening. The people at the front desk (Luca and Valentina) could not have been nicer. The room and bathroom were well appointed and very clean. I think this is a wonderful place to stay.
The hotel is in a great location on the Catania side of Taormina right on the main street. The street is restricted to foot traffic, so there is no issue of car noise or exhaust. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the evening and watching people go by. Other times we would sit at a table on the roof terrace and enjoy the fantastic view of the ocean and Mt Etna. The staff was among the best I've encountered anywhere. Always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully maintained and well run. Sept is a great time of year because there are fewer tourists (even tourists don't like tourists) but the weather is still great! We will definitely be back!

We stayed in a number of hotels during our visit to Sicily. Hotel Taodomus was our favourite due to a number of reasons. The location was perfect, a short walk to the opera, a shop across the street and close to the hotel's private parking. The staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome from our arrival to our departure. The room was a good size and bed very comfortable. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and included the opportunity to order from the menu; I'd highly recommend the omelette. The honesty bar was a nice touch in the evenings, allowing you to enjoy a cocktail/wine/beer on the peaceful rooftop terrace. If we were to visit Taormina, I'd not hesitate to return to the Hotel Taodomus.

My wife and I visited Sicily in mid September 2019.
We stayed at the Hotel Liberty in Catania, Hotel Toadumus in Taormina and Charme Henry's House in Ortigia / Syracuse.
They were three of the best hotels in which I've stayed and totally fit for purpose for each location and I couldn't recommend them enough. Well priced, excellent locations and the highest quality of service. We were blessed in Sicily and these three hotels fully enhanced our total experience.
Hotel Toadumus was a delight to be a guest at.
Luca and Valentina were perfect hosts and fully looked after us. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. They organised us visits to the beach. We found a perfect beach, Pirata Beach. It had a small cove, lovely restaurant, loungers and umbrellas. They organised a transfer to the beach and back including loungers and umbrellas for €10 each. That was unforgettable.
The morning and evening roof terrace was a delight. Overlooking Mount Etna while having breakfast or sipping a cocktail in the "honesty" self service bar pre dinner was magical.
Rooms were lovely and we were delighted to have had the experience of staying here. Thank you
