Wow what a gorgeous little hotel right in the centre of the stunning Taormina. Built in an old town house, the hotel has lots of old world charm but is also full of modern amenities. The staff are all incredibly helpful and welcoming. You can enjoy a delightful breakfast or an evening cocktail in the roof bar overlooking Mt Etna. You can reach all the major sites on foot. Or head to one of the local beaches if you book a shuttle at reception.

Centrally located on Taormina's main thoroughfare, this comfortable hotel is spotlessly clean and has good facilities. The standout attraction is the roof terrace with splendid views of the town and beyond to Etna and the coast. Breakfast on the terrace in the warm sunshine was a highlight of the stay and the honesty bar there in the evenings gave the opportunity to enjoy the view as the sun went down.

The reception staff - Maria, Valentina and Daniele - were friendly and very attentive to our needs. They helped with recommendations and bookings for restaurants and provided useful local advice. The "breakfast box" was much appreciated on two mornings when departing on an early excursion, thank you! However, it is certainly not recommended to miss breakfast which offered a great selection including cooked eggs, savoury and sweet crepes and a refreshing granita! Particular thanks to Judita who served us beautifully and remembered what we liked from one day to the next.

Our room was cosy but well appointed with small balcony overlooking the town. Everything worked (unusual in many places!). And the air conditioning was both efficient and quiet, so that it was possible to cool down from the heat outside and sleep comfortably without any whirring and groaning from coolers and fans during the night! As others have commented, there is street noise - but this is Italy in August and it was not unduly troublesome.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 6 nights and hope to return one day!

Let me first start by telling you how fresh and beautiful the rooms are. Very modern design with small touches of sicilian spirit in each corner of the rooms.
Incredibly soft towels (you start to compare these small details when you've stayed at 4-5 different hotels all in one trip) and soft white sheets were a great thing to come back to from the heat.
AC is left on during the day which is essential for us who are not used to the Sicilian August heat. Balcony from our room gave a great view of the central Street of Taormina.

Might be a bit noisy for some (it was not a problem for us), but it's impossible to avoid if you've chosen such a centrally located hotel.

Breakfast was amazing. Eggs and pancakes in almost any way you can imagine are made immediately at your request. Freshly prepared coffee or tea as well. First great spread of cheeses of all the hotels we visited during our trip, thank you from a great cheese-fan! And least but not least, breakfast is served on the roof with a breathtaking view of etna and the ocean below. We would just sit for 20 mins after we finished eating just to enjoy the view with some coffee. Lovely.

Staff was incredibly polite, friendly and very willing to help you plan your stay in Taormina or any excursions you wanted to go on. We were lucky to have one of the staff speak Swedish as well which was a fun little addition to our stay.

All in all, amazing.
If I come back to Taormina this is definitely where I'll be staying.

This property is a credit to the operators and staff. The aptitude for hospitality shown by everyone is outstanding, and in saying this, they quickly feel like family. The breakfast is wonderful. Nothing is a problem for staff and this was displayed by the ongoing help we received in tracking down our luggage that was lost for five days. I have no reservations at recommending this property and as a retired hotel manager, my expectations are very high.

Wonderful boutique hotel centrally located on the main Street in Taormina. Actually, I had researched hotels in Taormina, via the Internet before our arrival and I booked this hotel because the location was fantastic and the price was excellent value and the rooms looked very nice and comfortable We, as a couple, stayed at this hotel 5 nights last week. I must say my choice through the internet search did not mislead me. We received an excellent service from the staff. I start my review with the staff since they deserve praise pre-eminently. We often would stop in the lobby in a day and staff members were always very kind, friendly knowledgeable about the area and ensured our stay was perfect and unforgettable. Especially, Daniele was wonderful and an excellent host in the hotel. From the moment we arrived until the last moment, he was very welcoming, attentive, friendly, very helpful with all of our requests. And, thanks to Valentina, she was also friendly and very helpful. The hotel had a very nice roof terrace with an amazing view of Taormina and the sea.The breakfast was served on the roof terrace which we really enjoyed. On the other hand, we stayed in a room with a balcony which overlooked Corso Umberto, the main Street in taormina, full of shops and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable, clean and modern. We highly recommend this hotel, because it's a great balance of location, style and overall comfort (price, quality, good service and the great staff). They deserved every cent we paid for the hotel and to be rated 5 star. Finally, we decided that what we paid was really an excellent value for money and it's really hard to find a good place such as this for that price and comfort. In short, I can say it was beyond our expectations in terms of a boutique hotel.

Room tip: Comfort room with a balcony, overlooked "Corso Umberto", the main Street in Taormina
