Really enjoyed our stay here. Nice rooms, perhaps a little dated but still lovely with direct access to a terrace with amazing views over the the sea and Etna. Great breakfast, again in the sun on the terrace. Fantastic value, would stay here again without hesitation

Fabulous family run hotel. The views from our room were breathtakingly beautiful. Breakfast was a real treat as the breakfast room overlooked the sea. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We took part in the special dinner on Wednesday evening, the food was simple but delicious.

Beautifully situated overlooking the ocean. The breakfast and breakfastroom plus food are amazing. We had a large room with a magnificent view to the sea plus Mt Etna.you are also 10/15 minutes from the town and gardens and about 30/40 minutes to walk down to Bella Isola.

Room tip: Best views

Breakfast room rather grand and waiting staff good.

Disappointed with sea view room. Had the feel of a holiday camp chalet along a shared terrace which lacked privacy.

Upon checking in, one of the reception staff was a little blasé about the security of our passports which we had to leave with him for twenty minutes. The same person was later more interested in playing computer games than acknowledging the comings and goings of guests through reception.

Overall, the reception staff were a little offbeat; not what you would consider typically trained or professional in their demeanour.

Although sitting below Taormina centre, its a short (but can be strenuous) walk uphill. Do select a sea view: outstanding. Some rooms have views of Etna.
Staff are pleasant and very helpful from the front desk to all other staff members. Breakfast is adequate and plentiful although more continental i.e. not much "hot stuff". Did have an evening meal which was not the best.

Room tip: Pay as much as possible and get corner (Etna views and continuous sun) room
