We spent 4 days at this beautiful hotel - everything inside and outside was stunningly stylish.

Thank you for looking after the two of us girls so well, Fabrizzio and Antonio at check-in, Jo and Maria at breakfast, Dylan for pool and bag service and Alfio for tea, coffee and attractions. The service was fantastic and we were treated like good friends.

The rooms were heavenly and gardens so tranquil it was absolutely idyllic.

We highly recommend this hotel and its fabulous location and would love to return again some day to explore more of Taormina and Sicily.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it most definately was not long enough!! We had a fabulous room overlooking the beautiful gardens and were just a stone's throw from the pool. The staff are wonderful and insist on going that extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. Maria and Jo, Fabrizio, Antonio and Dylan - Graziemille! Let's not forget Alfio who rocks in the bar!
The hotel is in a great position for the town a stroll away ( the local people love to stroll in the evening!) There is so much to see and an abundance of cafe's, restaurants and bars to choose from.Some great boutiques ( take a credit card! ).
I would definatley return for a longer stay.

We stumpled across this hotel as we did not have anything booked and I must say we were very happy. Nice rooms and good breakfast within walkin distance of town. I was sick and I must say they were fantasic and our only mistake was not staying an extra night. There is really no catch apart from their recommendation for restaurant which was " LICCHIO'S " which was poor and this was annoying considering all the restaurants you can go to so you have been warned. It was also mentioned in an earlier report so there is some connection. I will not say who it was who recommend it but suffice to say it was Fabrizzo bad boy. So stay in the hotel but watch out for the restaurant recommendations ! We made a one star deduction for the restaurant recommendations but on the hotel and staf it's a 5.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. What a gem of place. Rooms and facilities were recently renovated so everything was new, shiny and modern. Yet, it still retained old-world charm. Breakfast was absolutely delicious--every day was different and everything was so fresh. Brava to the chef.

Service was excellent and special thanks go to Antonio, Fabrizio and Alfio.

If you don't want an old big Palace, this is the place to choose. We stayed 2 nights in this little Gem, 10 minutes walk to the center, lovely decorated rooms, excellent Staff, very good breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view. The new proprietor does everything to fullfill your wishes;

The hotel was just renovated and the jr. suite was superb. The room was very clean and updated with great views. The location was ideal. It had great access to restaurants and shopping in the heart of Taormina. The hotel staff was excellent. They were all very professional, friendly and took time to answer all of our questions and provide great service. The breakfast was also excellent. The variety and quality of the food was great. The restaurant had great views. The breakfast staff was extremely accommdating and pleasant. My wife and I are very particular when it comes to hotels, service and food. We highly recommend this hotel for the great accommodations, quality of service and location.

The Hotel Villa Carlotta was an excellent choice for our last vacation stop. The hotel staff was helpful, courteous and friendly, especially Riccardo with his big smile and great blue eyes. Their restaurant suggestions were quite good as well.
The suite we had was impeccably clean, the maids were especially pleasant. The laundry was returned the same day, very nice surprise. The view of the sea, pool and garden area from our balcony was unrivaled.
The well presented breakfast was served on the roof top terrace dining area with spectacular views of the sea on one side and Mt. Etna on the other, a delightful way to begin the day. The staff was attentive and very friendly.
The hotel is conveniently located for walking into town.
We especially liked the catacomb bar area with laptop computer access.
We were sad to leave and would definitely return.
