Our family group of 4 kids and 3 adults had a great day out under our friendly guide, Luca, who picked us up from our hotel in a comfortable touring van and gave us a highly informative commentary as we ascended Mt Etna, visiting Zafferana Etnae and a honey and olive oil family farm on the way. Once we were high on Etna, we walked the Silvestri Crater, which was a breathtaking experience with amazing views. After the walk we visited the Gambino vineyard on the north side of Etna for a lunchtime feast washed down with plenty of very fine wine produced by the Gambino family. All 7 of us had a great day. The tour was 8 hours and the time just flew by. Great value for money.
