Our favourite meal from 10 nights in Sicily, and that really is saying something! After some initial fun and games getting a table (we were told that all tables outside were reserved, then were taken to a table outside with no explanation after we'd stood umming and ahhing for a while on the merits of eating inside on a lovely evening), the food was exceptional. Superb goats cheese rolls to start, but the secondi were the real stars - delicious sliced duck in honey, and an amazing almond crusted tuna steak with couscous. So tasty!! The wine list was huge, so we asked for a recommendation and it turned out excellent - and reasonably priced too.
Weirdly, a large number of the outside tables remained free throughout the evening, yet we saw quite a few people told to sit inside because outside was "fully booked". Odd behaviour, but great food all the same!
