Definitely a nice location, 5 * looking Resort but unfortunately service was at 3* level and Diining area is outdated, overpriced and the menu did not change over the three days we were there, which normally may not be a problem but there are no Restaurants close by and thus you are forced to eat at the Hotel unless you take a Euro 20 taxi ride to Ortigia or Siracusa.
Rooms are nice but again too close to each other and in our case we had to share a balcony with another room...strange.
The Hotel advertises that they have Wifi in the rooms but this was not the case with ours and created us many problems as we have to continue working while on holiday, i suggest the Hotel rectify this as soon as possible and not tell guests (even at Check in) that there is a connection when clearly it does not work from within the room.
As mentioned the location is superb and it would not take so much to make this Hotel a "True" 5*
