The outdoor area and pool were a delight to come back to after a day exploring. The house itself has 2 main bedrooms which were fine, however the third room with 2 single beds did not have a single shelf, drawer or hanging space. As I was in the room on my own I could utilise the spare bed and hang my clothes in one of the other room (a little inconvenient). I don't know where clothes would go if 2 people used the room. This could have been slightly alleviated by having bedside tables with drawers and at least a couple of hooks in the back of the door. Having 2 bathrooms and an outside shower was great. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils but really is for one person to work in, more than one and you are really in each other's way, especially with the fridge door open. Also, when we arrived we were told not to drink the water, this is purely because it is very high in calcium and doesn't taste very nice (it won't make you sick). A nice touch by the owner would have been to have put at least one bottle of water in the fridge instead of us having to race to the supermarket to stock up on water. There are a couple of nice beaches within walking distance, however, you need a car for EVERYTHING else. There is no public transport, and there are no shops close by, a couple of restaurants yes, but that's it. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay here and this review is not meant to criticise, just to forewarn prospective renters on a few idiosyncrasies.
