“The Godfather.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 17, 2014

He died on the steps here in the film. It is a really majestic theatre, the biggest in Italy, and the visit includes the anti-rooms, one where standing in the middle you can hear nothing that is being said around you. Ideal for private conversations at the theatre if you needed such conversations!!!

“The opera house in Palermo”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2014

The teatro Massimo is one of the most beautiful buildings in Palermo. It stands out from the rest of the city. The tour was really interesting and we loved all the historical comments and jokes! Good afternoon activity.

“Theatre visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 13, 2014

Good value 8 Euros per person. English speaking guide for a group of 6 English visitors. Full tour of whole theatre and then able to stay and listen to rehearsal for that evenings concert at no extra cost.

“Nice opera house”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 12, 2014

If you like visiting opera houses, and I do, then this is worth it. It's not incredible but it is a lovely old world style house. I did not have the chance to see a performance there and would like to.

“Interesting building”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 12, 2014

In order to go in you have to go on a tour. Understandable but a shame. It is impressive but could do with a massive investment to bring it back to its glory. Friendly guide and staff. Tour too long for my liking. You need to check times of performances well in advance they are not every day.
