Less frequented than the Oratory of Santa Cita but well worth a visit. More Serpotta cherubs and statues but different enough to Santa Cita to make it worth visiting both (on the same composite ticket) if you have time.

Please seek out and visit this wonder. We saw this church highlighted on a Italy / Sicily cooking / travel TV series called Two Fat Italians. The finely detailed plaster carvings inside this little suburban church are well worth the E4 pp entry fee and photos are allowed. Well worth 1 - 2 hours and do not forget to view the mother of pearl inlaid side seats.
The carvings so detailed facial features and were sparkling white and well presented.
There was one other person there when we called in and he was a keen photographer too. Both of us left with big smiles.
No queues, no crowds and amazing artistry form one person too I believe about 250 years ago.

Located behind the church os Saint Dominic, this oratorio is one of 3 in the city made by the same artist. The attention to detail is astonishing, the statues almost seem to come to live. There is a combination ticket with the Oratorio of S Cita.
