Description: Old Town, creative cuisine Tradition and innovation, experience and continuous search for new combinations. The creative cuisine is never out of nowhere, the ingredients and techniques of traditional cuisine, especially of a land rich in flavors such as ours Sicily, are always a starting point, a cultural background, a continuous path that leads to new experiences flavor. Contrasts that come out is often concealed the success of an unforgettable recipe. Three rooms - a sort of "projection of an internalized landscape" according to the description of the author of the project - will welcome you in a comfortable and seductive where the sight, taste, smell, and feel of our dishes will involve in a contamination of the senses, even your hearing and enjoying them... you can hear "The Eighth Note".

After spending 2 weeks on the island of Sicily and hours before a 6 am flight back from a glorious vacation we stumbled on this modern styled Italian restaurant. There aren't a lot of tables which is just the way I like restaurants. We ate a fantastic meal and have posted some photos. All we can say is if you are in Palermo or close by try it out you won't be disappointed. This place made our last night in Sicily an experience we will remember.

This is a lovely restaurant right next to Hotel Porta Felice. After a terrible stay at our hotel, this restaurant was the one highlight of the neighborhood. Elegant surroundings & great quality food.

We had a really good meal here during a pretty indifferent stay at the Hotel Porta Felice - it really lifted our mood. The restaurant is very modern and quite stylised, which can often mean the kiss of death with Italian food, but fortunately the chef here is clearly passionate and inventive about his cooking and has produced some spectacular variations on Sicilian classics. Particularly outstanding was a ginger and carrot risotto with clams - the texture and flavours were wonderful. We had an outstanding bottle of Sicilian white from the well-balanced wine list which was the best of our trip - if only I could remember the name!

Our waiter was friendly and attentive and we muddled by despite our non-existant Italian and his non-existant English - take a dictionary app on your phone if you can, as some of the ingredients and descriptions are unusual and won't be in a normal phrasebook.

The only thing that baffled us was why there were not more customers in the place on a Friday night. Even if you are staying on the other side of town, this restaurant really would be worth a taxi ride. Highly recommended.

Small modern restaurant near Porta Felice. Minimalist decor and simply stunning food. This is the best restaurant in Palermo - the chef is innovative and the results are exquisite. This is not a place to go if you simply want to be fed but if you want well considered food, special flavours and a break from the standard Sicilian fare (nothing wrong with that) this is the restaurant in Palermo to seek out. Charming waiter added to the occasion. If you like good food and eschew the average this is the place to go.

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon as it was on the way back to our hotel Porta Felice. We were the only people in there to start off with. A very modern restaurant with a relaxing jazz soundtrack.

The food was simply fantastic. The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
