Pliments to the chef of this newish addition to the Palermo modern dining scene. Wonderful and variedenu with many local prpducts and dishes done with a modern twist. Extras like chef's offerings for mini-appetizer (potato soup with bottarga condiment in a soup spoon) and mini-dessert (basil "jelly" with a tropical fruit cream base in a tiny shot glass) added to the charm. Sitting outside was great and the evening was delightful. Food lovers should definitely head here- great selection of wines, too.
