Historic hotel in an old palace with a lot of its original decor. Very central and convenient for sight-seeing. We had a comfortable large room looking onto a central courtyard. It was quiet but we had asked for a superior room when we telephoned in order to get a quiet room. There is a good rooftop restaurant [not especially cheap] and breakfast was good and very plentiful with a good choice. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed staying there.

Very good location to stay in Palermo. Almost everything is so close that you can go just by walking. Seated in historical part of the city it give just an amazing overall experience.
Recommended for every traveler who wants to be seated in a great place, great location for a good price.

Located right next to a pedestrian street on the center of Palermo, this hotel is ideal for exploring the city. As a palace turned hotel, this place is very classy and gives a nice feeling. Rooms are decorated normally, but we found the bed lines really soft and nice and the toilet spacious and well kept. The restaurant for breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice.

Stayed here our first night in Sicily. The hotel is centrally located, along a major pedestrian street, within easy walking distance of all the Palermo sights. Ask for an inside room to avoid an street noise. The pergo flooring makes for a really loud experience once the cleaning starts. I would stay again.

Room tip: Hard to beat the noise level on those ergo-floors once the cleaning starts. Book a top floor if able.

We stayed here for 2 night in July. We choose the hotel for the location in the city center and because it has a parking garage. It is not easy to reach, because it is in a pedestrian area.
The hotel has a classic interior. It need some updates but after all you have a nice place to stay for some nights at a perfect location.

Our tip for reaching the hotel by car:
Go to Quatro Canti which is 200 meter from the hotel and ask the hotel clerk to escort you to the hotel parking garage. This is by far the easiest way to reach it and saves you a lot of trouble and time.
