We wondered into this place only because of rain. We had lived in Sicily for 3 years and frankly we were tired of Sicilian food. Normally is an establishment like this you order at the counter, wait for your food then take it to you table. However Michele told us to sit and came to us to take our order. this may sound normal to many Americans but at a normal Sicilian family trattoria like this one this is above and beyond. The food was amazing but what deserves a major shout out are the Canolies. First off they were made in front of us, not simply taken off of a shelf. They were huge, and easily the best Canolie we had tasted in out 3 years in Sicily. Michele made us feel at home the whole time and educated us about traditional Sicilian cuisine. Amazing experience and the only that I have thought merited a good review on Trip Advisor. Thank you Michele for the great experience and thank you to the random summer rain storm for driving us into this amazing establishment.
