We visited in this large hotel in July 2018 with our family incl. 2 kids. This is good hote but some area are little bit rusty. Overall hotel is good ***/**** level. There are various restaurants incl. buffs and Italian/Pizza restaurants. If you play tennis, padel or do gym these all are available. Gym hours were limited (opened at 8.00am). Hote offer tours and they have free shuttle bus to White beach (also at dinner time). We rented car so we were able to visit close to 10 beach around Costa smeralda and Olbia. They have free parking. I would recommend to rent a car as that way you can see best places of Costa smeralda.

Beautiful resort with several amenities. Staff are courteous and respectful
Only issue is that some rooms has poor WiFi reception.
Location is very good
Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast included

Ok place to stay for a couple of days. But it is a complex placed in a industry area, away from the beach and the city center. The hotel is also somewhat worn down. The quality of the breakfasts are under avarage.

Me and my partner visited from the 19th-21st for our honeymoon.
Arrived at 12noon and check in was at 4pm, left our luggage in the office room and ventured into Olbia. Took the bus linea 11 direct into Olbia for €1.50 per person.
Found a supermarket (super pan) in Olbia which is a bit of a treck but got everything we needed (we were half board at geovillage)
Once we checked in we found out we were on the other side of the resort and a golf buggy took us too our room.
Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked, from 7.30-10.30am, lots of tea and coffee and fresh juice available.
Dinner was 7.30-9.30pm and was Buffett style again, lots of different food on offer and all tasted amazing. If you eat at Le Mesa I'd advise to get there early as you can be waiting as it gets very busy. They have a live singer whilst your eating and she is amazing.
The pool is huge and there is also a pool bar, large beer €5, spirit and mixer €10. We ate at the pool restaurant once and it was roughly €13-€15 for a beef each, tasted yum though.
The entertainment at the pool is fab, Marco and the team are always upbeat and trying to get everyone involved in the aqua aerobics and the poolside games/dancing.
The evening entertainment near Le Mesa can be abit hit and miss depending on how busy it is. They had a mix of dancing nights, talent shows, sharade type games which were all fun.

Down sides
Our door didn't lock, told numerous people and absolutely nothing was done about it.
We found out on our last night we were meant to be in a villa not a standard room.
Mini bar is chargeable (we were not once told this and It does not say in their welcome leaflet in the room it's chargeable)
We were paying for our drinks every evening with our dinner as we had them, the restaurant didn't put the payments on so we had a lovely bill at checkout which we had to argue and in the end didn't get charged for.
You have to pay €2 per pool towel after your first free ones. Housekeeping would take the towels if you didn't lock them in the wardrobe even if they were clean and dry, which lead to reception trying to charge us more again even though we didn't ask for them to be taken.
The golf buggy takes you too your room but when your checking out they leave to you take your luggage to the other side of the resort (up and down steep steps with 2x suitcases wasn't fun)
We also wouldnt reccomend white beach, expensive for food and drinks, extremely small beach and over run with people. Sunbeds are €30 per person with umbrella so we bought an umbrella from the lucky man at €20 and used our towels. Only upside was the free transport there and back.

Over all we enjoyed our stay, food and entertainment was great. Drinks abit pricey but we expected that. I'd say reception was definately the down fall.

I have tried to cancel our holiday to this resort and get a refund as we have exceptional circumstances, however no-one answers my e-mails and when I call I get cut-off either by people that find it amusing to do so, or after being put on hold for ages... which is infuriating!! Booking.com have also tried contacting them on our behalf too but have experienced the same lack of response.
Such a shame as I was really looking forward to visiting!
