We only stayed for one night as we were flying out the next day. Good quick checkin with a lovely surprise of a delicious chocolate chip cookie. We were given a very clean large room with lovely comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and good wifi.
It's a good 15 minute walk into Olbia with all the shops and restaurants. The hotel provides a free car park. We thought the hotel was good value and met our expectations so we would stay there again if we were ever in Olbia again.
The hotel was in an area of town still being developed. Kind of a run down area but not scary, and the hotel had a gated parking area. The hotel was wonderful and although we do not usually eat at the hotel restaurant, because it was late and we were tired, we sat down to dinner. The dishes were upscale without high prices. Very nice experience all around. Hotel and Restaurant highly recommended. Hotel is only 12 minutes from airport.
A very very warm and friendly welcome with warm cookies on arrival !!! Foc secure parking as well . Clean smart, modern building both inside and out.
Arrived early so went to the pool to swim and relax which was great.Bar food needs work toastie of ham and cheese was just that no salad, nothing .

The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
Didn't have dinner as went into Olbia.
Breakfast the next day was busy, plenty of staff on hand and a very varied menu which was buffet style, very good indeed .
Check out was quick and efficient paid for the extras we had had and all in a great value modern hotel.
Very good hotel. Well it is not located in a very central quarter, so having a car is better.
But everything you can expect from a Hilton hotel is there, a pool, a good restaurant with sardinian dishes, a room with balcony, a confortable bed, an entertaining shower :)
Receptionnists are helpful and respectful as you can expect in these kinds of hotels.

Pros: very efficient and overall good front desk staff however date seems very unwilling to go beyond their basic duties to help. Not overly polite or informative but got the job done. Location is pretty close to the center of town especially if you have a car. Free parking and free breakfast Aldo breakfast is not the best quality I've seen and the coffee is absolutely horrible despite the fact it's from an espresso machine it tastes like powdered coffee and most likely is considering the machine says Nescafe. swimming pool area is beautiful. Free parking. it's nice that some rooms offer a balcony. Cons: Older property definitely not more than three stars despite the four star rating. No views no views your mostly looking at the parking lot or interstate. Extremely small gym although it has nice views. breakfast is only until 10 o'clock even on the weekends. internet connection in the gym extremely weak thereby making it extremely difficult to stream audio or video.
I gave it 2 stars because of the attitude and unwillingness of the front desk staff to help, they refused simple requests like extra glasses for the room. As well it seems to me the hotel overall is older outdated and lacks some maintenance.
A good price for this island I guess but next time I will absolutely book something on the Ocean Beach areas.

first of all thank you for staying with us. I found your thoughts about us very strange. I see that you used the word OLD 3 times which is something unusual as we open in 2010.
All rooms have got a view as all of them have glass windows or sliding glass door to a balcony, like the room you had. I am sorry if you did not notice the sticker on the minibar door informing you that the bottles of water inside are on sale. Also, a complimentary tea and coffee making facility is available in all rooms with a kettle, 2 mugs, 2 glasses, coffee and tea. Most of our rooms have showers and only few of them a bath with a built in shower with a glass wall to avoid flooding. As you did not mention your preference while booking or upon check-in, a room with bath has been assigned to you.
Apparently you stayed during the week and as told you upon check-in, we serve breakfast from 7am to 10am. In our breakfast room we have a Nescafe coffee machine but our Guests have also the possibility to order coffee/cappuccinos to the waiters.
Our Gym is basic but offers enough space (I know for sure that some Guests managed to dance in our Gym) and machines to keep you fit while away from home, the huge terrace of our Gym gives the opportunity for some open-air work-out with a astonishing view over Olbia.
Internet is available for basic use throughout the property, streaming audio or video might not be possible.
Our staff is extremely well trained and willing to help all guest from finding information on a particular medicament in a local pharmacy to organizing a tour, from giving advice on closest beaches to booking a restaurant downtown.
And by the way, in Sardinia you will not be able to find ocean beach areas as we are in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea.
