Hotel is pretty old and not as shown in the pictures. Room and bath room was neat . However, it had a pungent smell in the corridor and in the room . We stayed only for a night and is easy to access through car. Plenty of parking available nearby which was very convenient. Our night receptionist was very helpful and could speak English. However, the day one could no speak good English but was kind to answer our questions through some broken language and signs.

This place really grew on me over the course of my stay. The staff are very efficient, friendly and welcoming. The rooms and communal areas are cleaned every day extremely well and house keeping is exceptional. Breakfast is a buffet style that offers a wide range of variety, lots of different cakes but also savoury breads, eggs, bacon, cheese and ham etc. They also offer fresh coffee behind the counter. Rooms are spacious but can be a bit dark with the big blinds closed when you first walk in, and there is some questionable decorating and perhaps a little modernisation is needed in places. Perhaps one of the best things about this place is that it has a full length 25m swimming pool! Great for doing laps in the evening (open 4pm to 8pm with life guard). The location is also ok, not ideal but ok. It is a nice enough area and it took me 45 minutes to walk to the sea front at the main harbour - so about 30 mins away from the main shopping area. Fine if you like walking. You can also get the 3P bus from just up the road that takes you to the popular Poetto beach in just 10 or 15 mins - cost 1 euro 30 cents. There is free wifi, but is not great. Ok for emails etc but slow for proper work. Overall though i thought this was a really good quality 3 star hotel for the price

This hotel is older but has good value for money. Rooms where big and clean and the wiew over the lakes and sea was very good.
It has a small indoors swimmingpool and tenniscourts.
The breakfast was fine, but the restaurant did not have a menu, so you had to relay on the waitress.

Our room was spacious and had a balcony though we did overlook the Asse Mediano hwy which was noisy with traffic. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom large and very clean.
Our room on the 6th fl also had a small closet kitchen which we did not use (supplement charged).
Breakfast offered many choices and the cappucino from the bar was delicious. The staff in the dining room was very friendly and helpful.
Reception staff had difficulty with English and so service was adequate but not helpful.

Room tip: Ask for a room NOT on the hwy side. Down the street, at the corner of Bembo & Castiglione, Pizza Evolution has excellent food.

We booked this hotel as it was one of the cheapest in Cagliari that still had a good rating. The hotel is a little bit out of the way but there is a bus stop nearby into town and a little further along there is another bus to the beach which we found very reliable and cheap. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and quiet, as it is an older hotel there were a couple of problems - on one day the toilet flush broke and kept flushing but it was fixed after we reported it, and on another day the water in the taps ran brown, but this only lasted an hour at the most and was due to an earlier plumbing issue on the building. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was very good - lots of fresh fruit and yogurt, nice coffee, fresh cheese ham and eggs plus amazing looking cakes and pastries. I would have preferred to stay somewhere closer to the city but this is what you get for a cheaper price.
